Ground Rules

-       Confidentiality.  What is said here stays here.  Period.  No exceptions.

-       Non-prescriptive.  If you want to give someone advice, ask if they want it first and if so, give it to them privately, not corporately.

-       Participation.  This is not a group where you can be a “fly on the wall.”  Each person here has something to contribute.  Each person has wisdom and perspective that can benefit the group as a whole so please participate in each session

-       Commitment.  Please decide if this is a group that you want to be a part of or not and then commit (or don’t) but if you do commit, please show up as often as you can.

-       Contribute.  It would be fabulous if each of you could volunteer to share the load from time to time by offering to bring coffee, pastries, snacks, fruit, etc…  It would also be amazing and much appreciated if you would consider leading the group one week from time to time to help spread the load.
